A beautiful outdoor living space, these homeowners desired the ideal backyard for family and
entertaining. Starting with a composite deck off the house, we incorporated a dry system
underneath for full top to bottom space utilization. The upper deck leads to a lower patio area
through a stone paver walkway and granite steps.

A key feature to this design was the entertainment area beneath the deck. With a mini
refrigerator, tv and lounge furniture, the usable space below the deck is perfect for relaxing or
entertaining. Providing both visibility and ambiance, landscape lighting throughout makes the
entire space feel like a backyard oasis.

The communication on the project was excellent, the Villandrys managed timing of their work together with the other activities occurring (hardscape and electrical work), and made the whole process really easy for us. They are friendly and conscientious about the quality of work done and the work area was cleaned each day after working. The resulting area is amazing and we are so excited to use our new space.
