The first step is easy, we want to hear from you! During this initial consultation we will chat about the type of project you are looking for, approximate timeline and general budget. If your budget does not align with the project scope, we can always discuss other possible options or changes.
It’s at this stage that we learn about what is most important to you, while giving us the opportunity to outline what you can expect. We fundamentally believe that clear expectations and communication are key to a successful client relationship.

Together, we will work closely with an Interior Designer and/or Architect to determine overall layout, specific details and material selections. This helps to determine accurate pricing, timeline and any required permitting.

Depending on the specialty services needed, we work with a select group of preferred sub-contractors that each value the same quality standards as we do.
To best maintain open and consistent communication with our clients, we use an online Client Portal for scheduling, change orders, progress pictures, etc.
