Situated on a beautiful freshwater pond in southern New Hampshire, this project was a complete whole home remodel. A shared family lake house, improving functionality and views of the water were at the center of this design.

On the top level, we increased the total footprint to allow for two lakeside primary bedrooms (not shown below). The lower level showcased an open concept kitchen, dining and living room with large windows that overlooked the water. An eye-catching detail, we repurposed an original wood beam for the fireplace mantle.

Featuring warm neutral tones throughout, the overall aesthetic was a natural and cozy feel. The exterior design incorporated darker decking, siding and trim work to better blend into the landscape.

 We had an excellent experience with a major home remodeling project done by RVR.
From the moment we met with Rick and Rich (father and son team), we sensed an
instant likeability and trust factor. Those feelings quickly grew and strengthened
throughout the duration of the project.
